Every meal needs to have some vegetables and making them is the easiest part. This is how I do our vegetables on a daily basis made with whatever you have in your fridge. From baby potatoes to baby carrots when it comes to adulting this is the way to go because we love it easy and enjoy a nice variety. “With vegetables that is, ha”   

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Rosemary
  • Garlic Salt
  • Baby Carrots
  • Baby Potatoes
  • Any Peppers
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Asparagus
  • Green Beans
  • Squash
  • Zucchini
  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Whatever else I missed

Directions

  • Chop veggies in bite-sized pieces
  • Place in a ziplock bag
  • Add all the spices and olive oil, try different spices but this is what we like after many many variations
  • Shake the bag well and put in the fridge until oven is preheated 
  • Bake on a grate in a sheet on the oven rack at 375 for 30-35 minutes
  • Eat your Veggies!
