Great sauce for any pasta. Can’t take credit for this one, it’s all mi Esposa.
Ingredients
- 3 Poblano’s
- 1 cube chicken boullion
- 1 garlic clove
- 7.6 oz Media Cream table cream
- 6 oz evaporated milk
- Coconut Oil
Directions
- Heat coconut oil in skillet
- Cut poblano’s in half and deseed
- Fry peppers, dry, and take skin off.
- Add peppers to your blender with a cube of bouillon and garlic clove.
- Place mixture in a skillet and bring to a boil with 2 tbsp melted butter.
- Add mixture to the pot with your pasta to mix, add salt, and serve.
