Poblano Pasta Sauce

Great sauce for any pasta. Can’t take credit for this one, it’s all mi Esposa.

Ingredients

  • 3 Poblano’s
  • 1 cube chicken boullion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 7.6 oz Media Cream table cream
  • 6 oz evaporated milk
  • Coconut Oil

Directions

  • Heat coconut oil in skillet
  • Cut poblano’s in half and deseed
  • Fry peppers, dry, and take skin off.
  • Add peppers to your blender with a cube of bouillon and garlic clove.
  • Place mixture in a skillet and bring to a boil with 2 tbsp melted butter.
  • Add mixture to the pot with your pasta to mix, add salt, and serve.
