Easy as they come, set and forget.
Ingredients
- Pot Roast
- 1 Jar of pepperoncini peppers
- Packet of Au Jus
- Packet of Ranch Restaurant style
- 6 tbsp butter
- S/P to tasteĀ
Directions
- Sear both sides of the roast on high heat
- Pour half of the peppers in a crockpot
- Place the roast on the peppers
- Pour the rest of the peppers and liquid on top
- Sprinkle both packets on top then the slices of butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- We like it on Mashed Potatoes
