Mississippi Pot Roast

Easy as they come, set and forget.

Ingredients

  • Pot Roast
  • 1 Jar of pepperoncini peppers
  • Packet of Au Jus
  • Packet of Ranch Restaurant style
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • S/P to tasteĀ 

Directions

  • Sear both sides of the roast on high heat
  • Pour half of the peppers in a crockpot
  • Place the roast on the peppers
  • Pour the rest of the peppers and liquid on top
  • Sprinkle both packets on top then the slices of butter.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  • We like it on Mashed Potatoes
