Shrimp Stir Fry

If it’s not apparent already, I like peppers. I never used to like them but how things have changed.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Julienned Peppers, red, yellow, pink, green, purple and orange too, up to you.
  • 1/2 red or white onion sliced thin
  • 1/2 c chicken broth
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • S/P to taste 

Directions

  • Saute garlic and onions with butter for a couple minutes
  • Add the shrimp, basil, rosemary, S/P, and peppers.
  • Stir-fry for 6 or so minutes until shrimp is pink.
  • Add the broth and continue for 1-2 more minutes.
  • Serve over rice or on top of Poblano Creamy Pasta Sauce
