If it’s not apparent already, I like peppers. I never used to like them but how things have changed.
Ingredients
- Shrimp
- 4 tbsp butter
- Julienned Peppers, red, yellow, pink, green, purple and orange too, up to you.
- 1/2 red or white onion sliced thin
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tsp rosemary
- S/P to taste
Directions
- Saute garlic and onions with butter for a couple minutes
- Add the shrimp, basil, rosemary, S/P, and peppers.
- Stir-fry for 6 or so minutes until shrimp is pink.
- Add the broth and continue for 1-2 more minutes.
- Serve over rice or on top of Poblano Creamy Pasta Sauce
