Want to Chop it up with ease, here you go! We all love the taste of brown sugar and thats not an exception with meat. Another quick and easy recipe with meat and spices in a ziplock to the fridge then a pull out and bake when it’s time to eat. A lot of my recipes are made that way for how easy they are to cook when the time of eating changing at any moment. When I’m free during the day I fill a bag with meat and fixins, then another bag with vegetables and spicin and wait for the word to start the smells. You might say it’s lazy cooking but I see it as smart cooking. After all I am a white male republican. Easy smart decisions are kind of my thing.

Ingredients

  • Thinly Sliced Pork Loin chops
  • 1/4 c Ketchup
  • 1/2 c Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder

Directions

  • Pat the Pork dry
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix the fixins in a Ziplock.
  • Add the Pork and refrigerate for 30+ minutes
  • Place the pork on a grate in a sheet on the oven rack 14-17 minutes or until done, not pink, and still juicy. If you don’t cook it on a grate it will cook in it’s juices which I didn’t like when I made it like that.
  • Guten Appetit!
